CMA Requirements

System Hardware Requirements:

• Operating Systems:
  • Windows 7 or above (Windows 10 highly recommended)
  • macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) minimum
• Processor Speed:
  • Quad Core
• Memory: 4 GB RAM or more
• Accessories:
  • HD Webcam capable of at least 1280x720 resolution
  • USB Microphone/Headset

Network Requirements:

• Upload/download speeds of at least 768 kbps upload and 768 kbps download. 2 Mbps up and down is recommended.
  • Test your internet speed by running a speed test at http://speedtest.uen.net/
• Hard-wired network connections are recommended.

Software Requirements:

Google Chrome is required for the best experience. If do not have Google Chrome, download and install it.

To prevent issues with the video conference, Hardware Accelleration needs to be disabled in Google Chrome. To disable Hardware Accelleration, follow these steps:

1. Select the three vertical dots in the top right of Google Chrome. A drop down menu will appear.
2. In the drow down menu, select "Settings."
3. Using the search bar at the top of the Settings window, searh for "Hardware Acceleration."
4. Disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" by clicking the toggle.
5. Restart Google Chrome.
