Exclamation Triangle Known Issues
The touch panel is underneath the instructor's desk in the classroom. To access it, follow these instructions:
- Underneath the instructor's desk, open the drawer and find the key safe. Enter the code that is found under the "access codes" announcement in Connecteam.
- Use the key to unlock the cabinet under the instructor's desk. In there you will find the touch panel.
- There is a spot to plug in the ethernet cable in the back right corner of the room (when looking from the instructor's perspective). Plug it into the wall.
- Sit near the back right corner where the ethernet cable reaches easily to facilitate your class.
Monitor Power:
There is no facilitator station in this room. You will sit by the touch panel once you plug it into the back of the room. Use your own personal device to monitor Slack and do what is needed for the class.
Auto-Framing:
This room automatically amplifies the instructor microphone. As of right now, there is no way to adjust or turn this feature off.
Lightbulb Helpful Room Hints
There is no facilitator station in this room. You will sit by the touch panel once you plug it into the back of the room. Use your own personal device to monitor Slack and do what is needed for the class.
This room automatically amplifies the instructor microphone. If you go to the room controls page, then click on the microphone symbol in the menu, it will take you to a page where you can adjust the room amplification levels. Make sure you do not put the level too high, or it will cause feedback when speaking in the microphone.
The Projector Screen must be raised and lowered using the black switch on the wall behind the instructor desk. It is not controlled on the Touch Panel.
