TV is On a Weird Menu:
To fix this, simply use the Remote Control to change off of the current input, then change the input back. You will notice that when cycling through the different inputs that there will only be one input that registers having a device plugged into it. That is the input you want to make sure you select after switching off the original input (even if that was the input you started on in the first place).
If this does not work, open up a chat.
Auto-Framing:Do not use any auto-framing or multi-stream option to control the focus of the camera. This can cause some issues with the camera or will fail to properly capture the professor/students.
Lightbulb Helpful Room Hints
- Because of how this room is set up, Kaltura cannot record a laptop. If an instructor is visiting and wants to use something other than the desktop computer or the document camera, let us know.
- To turn on the TVs, tap anywhere on the white touch panel at the facilitator desk.
- To turn off the TVs, select the room in the top left corner of the touch panel, then select standby. As long as you are not connected to a call, this will cause the TVs and cameras to turn off.
