Known Issues
Touch Panel Freezing
The touch panel has a tendency to freeze. Try to leave and rejoin the call to fix this issue. (Sometimes it takes more than once.) After the third attempt, if it still won't respond, please start a chat.
TV Remotes
While there are six different TV remotes in DE 211, please note that one remote will control all TV monitors.
Auto-Framing
Do not use any auto-framing or multi-stream option to control the focus of the camera. This can cause some issues with the camera or will fail to properly capture the professor/students.
Helpful Room Hints
The Instructor Computer may take a bit longer than normal when logging in, so encourage the professor (or whoever will be using the computer) to log in as soon as they get there.
This room has a whiteboard camera on the wall perpendicular to the door. You are able to share the whiteboard camera through the touch panel if the instructor would like to utilize this resource.
In the back of the room, there is a cart that contains multiple battery packs. Facilitators, instructors, and students are welcome to use this resource. Before you leave the room, make sure all of the battery packs are there and are plugged into charge. On the bottom of the pack there are three copper dots. Line those dots up with the copper ring on the cart for them to charge.
