Projector
Pull down the projector screen by hand.
Presenter Track
This classroom supports Presenter Track, which allows the camera to automatically follow the presenter/teacher in the front of the room as they move around. To enable this feature, open the camera controls tab and select “Presenter Track” on the left hand side of the window. Then make sure Presenter Track is toggled on at the top right hand corner of the controls window.
Known Issues
Rear monitor button does not work. Use remote.
We've come across the issue of either the projector or facilitator monitor showing on a grey screen instead of the content or sites. To fix this issue, a codec restart may be necessary.
If this problems occurs, test to see if you are receiving video on all of your displays (the TV monitors, the Projector, and the Facilitator monitor). You can do this by quickly sharing some form of content (like the PC). If you see either the content or broadcast on the displays, you are good to go. If you only see a grey screen on one of the displays, Start up a Chat and let us know.
It is important to remember that you'll sometimes the grey screen happens when no content is being shared or recieved. During Site Checks, please double check to see if the content appears, and if you do not see it, confirm with the origination site and/or the other participants if they can see the content.
PLEASE TEST THIS BEFORE THE START OF EACH OF YOUR CLASSES IN THIS CLASSROOM. Start up a chat as soon as you discover the issue and we will walk you though how to fix the issue or we will come and help.
