Exclamation Triangle Known Issues

Auto-Framing:
Do not use any auto-framing or multi-stream option to control the focus of the camera. This can cause some issues with the camera or will fail to properly capture the professor/students.

Mics Not Working:
If the microphones/remotes aren't working. Try leaving the Zoom meeting and immediately joining the call again. You can also try to see if you can control the microphones via the touch panel.

Lightbulb Helpful Room Hints

The Instructor mic is the same as the student mic. There is no lapel mic in this room, just the ceiling microphones. When facilitating an origination class, you will need to leave the ceiling mics on for the duration of class. If you are facilitating a receive class, please continue to mute and unmute the microphones as needed.

The Facilitator Station will be built in the near future. For now, there is an iPad and a power cable located in the material box for the classroom. On the iPad, you will have access to the touch panel for the room. Please use that while facilitating, and please plan on returning the iPad to the box when class is finished.
