Exclamation Triangle Known Issues
Front, Right Monitor Power:
The TV monitor nearest to the instructor desk (front right) is not able to be powered on and off from the touch panel. To turn the monitor on and off please manually turn it on by pushing the power button on the TV. This button is located on the bottom of the display directly under the SONY logo.
Touch10 delay:
The Touch10 in this room has a tendancy to slow down and lag a bit behind when using it. If you are experiencing this delay, try unplugging the ethernet cable behind the panel, then plugging it back in after 10 seconds. Let it fully reboot and come to the homescreen of the panel before using it. If you are still experiencing delays after rebooting the Touch10, please open a chat.
Auto-Framing:
Do not use any auto-framing or multi-stream option to control the focus of the camera. This can cause some issues with the camera or will fail to properly capture the professor/students.
Lightbulb Helpful Room Hints
The Laptop share option will not appear until a laptop source is plugged into the HDMI cord.
