Exclamation Triangle Known Issues
Presenter/Speaker Track:
Do not use a presenter or speaker track option to control the focus of the camera. This can cause some issues with the camera or will fail to properly capture the professor/students.
Lightbulb Helpful Room Hints
This room does not have a specific and designated Facilitator Desk. It has, however, a laptop and Touch 10 that is stored away in a filing cabinet on the south end of the room underneath the rear site TV. With that, you can sit in the row of chairs next to the filing cabinet:
The key for the cabinet is stored in a key box in the black drawer under the instructor's desk. The code to the key box is found on the access codes page of the facilitator website. You can find the access codes page under Updates on Connecteam.
Before leaving the classroom, return the laptop and Touch 10 to the cabinet (plug the laptop into the power supply), lock that cabinet, and return the key to the keybox before leaving the classroom. Ensure the keybox code is scrambled.
