Exclamation Triangle Known Issues
Auto-Framing and Multi-Stream:
Do not use auto-framing or multi-stream. The cameras in this room are not equipped to handle anything other than manual controls. It will cause the cameras to not be controlled by the touch panel and the call will lose video. If this happens, start a PureChat to get a lead to come reset the cameras.
Lightbulb Helpful Room Hints
- The Room Controls page is where you will find the control to switch between the instructor and student cameras.
- The student mics are also controlled from the Room Controls page. Please note that there will be no beeping to let you know whether or not the mics turned on. You will not be able to tell if the mics are on or off unless another site informs you they can/can't hear you.
- The microphone found on the main page of the touch panel is the all mute. This means that any audio coming from the room will not be heard by distance sites when selected
- There are two wireless instructor microphones in this room. The microphones can be used separately, or at the same time.
- The microphones are located in the equipment rack inside the computer closet near the back of the room.
- Both microphones may be used for Zoom and Sound Reinforcement.
- The volume for Sound Reinforcement is separate from Zoom and will not affect the volume in your call.
- To adjust the volume, select the Room Controls button at the top of the touch panel home page.
