Exclamation Triangle Known Issues
Presentation Start Button:
The presentation start button does not always work. To go around this issue, start the presentation by selecting the source instead of the start button. If that doesn't work, then select a different source and go back to the source that is desired.
You may also be able to share locally from the xPanel, but will have to use the share feature on the Touch 10 in the back of the room to share to the meeting.
Main Displays Button:
The "Main Displays" button on the facilitator XPanel does not always show up or work. Use the touch panel at the front of the room or the remotes to power on the displays.
Monitors:
One of the monitors will not turn on when you turn on the small displays option until the panel is switched to Connect Recieve or Connect Teach. It should automatically flip on at that point. If it does not, use a remote to turn it on.
Lightbulb Helpful Room Hints
A key is sometimes required to get into this room. Ask for it at the Course Reserves desk, down the same hallway as LIB 154's west entrance. Make sure they unlock the closet for you as well.
The facilitator desk and workspace is in the closet at the back of the room. You may also need the key to open the closet.
Turn the video wall on by selecting the "Main Displays" button on the touch panel or XPanel.
