Helpful Room Hints

Many buttons are not Programmed

There are multiple buttons on the Crestron HH Touch Panel that do not function. Things like Screen Controls, Lights, and Room Amplification are found on the touch panel, but do not control anything. Be aware of what you can and cannot control from the touch panel.

Touch10

While facilitating in this room, you will primarily only use the Crestron HH Touch Panel. There is,  however, a Touch10 Touch Panel in this room as well. This Touch10 is only used to dial out from the room to different calls, so it will not be used in normal origination or receive courses.

Projector Screen

The projector screen is not motorized.

Receive Course

To set up this room for a receive event, follow these instructions:

• Use the Samsung TV remote to turn on the front TV (to the left of the projector screen).
• Select "Show Sites" underneath the camera controls on the touch panel. This will show the broadcast on the projector.
• Open the Custom Layouts page (located on the right of the touch panel) and ensure settings match the following image:
