Helpful Room Hints

The facilitator laptop and touch panel are underneath the instructor's desk in the classroom. To access them, follow these instructions:

1. Underneath the instructor's desk, open the drawer and find the key safe. Enter the code that is found under the "access codes" tab on the facilitator website.
2. Use the key to unlock the cabinet under the instructor's desk. In there you will find the laptop, touch panel, and an ethernet cable.
3. There is a spot to plug in the ethernet cable in the back right corner of the room. Plug it into the wall and into the touch panel.
4. Sit near the back right corner where the ethernet cable reaches easily to facilitate your class.

Instructor Microphone Amplification: This room automatically amplifies the instructor microphone. As of right now, there is no way to adjust or turn this feature off.
