Kaltura Classroom is a computer application that allows one to record a lecture (lecture capture) in supported classrooms. Lectures are uploaded to My Media and can be published to one or more courses for students to view later.
How to Use
1. Open Kaltura Classroom
2. Select video and audio sources
3. Press record and sign in
4. Stop and save
Scheduled Recordings
Kaltura Classroom can be scheduled to automatically record an event and publish the recording to a Canvas course. To schedule a recording, click the button below.

Yes! Simply fill out the Kaltura Scheduling Request form by clicking the "Kaltura Scheduling Request" button above.
USB Document Cameras: Yes! Because USB document cameras run through the classroom computer, simply ensure Kaltura is set to record the computer screen and it will record the document camera as well.
Ceiling Document Cameras: I depends on the room. Most IVC/Broadcast classrooms support this. Call or chat with us and we'll help, or you can request training by clicking the "Request Training" button below and we'll schedule a time to look at this together.
