Microphones
The instructor microphone should be on a charging base on the instructor desk. If in HH, check the equipment closet in the back of the class.
Select the up arrow next to the microphone button in Zoom and click on "test speaker and microphone."
Audio
Make sure the audio is up on the touch panel
Make sure the audio on the PC is up
If there is a red x over the speaker icon in the bottom left corner of the PC screen, a restart of the computer should fix it.

When choosing which screen to share in Zoom, the "share computer audio" checkbox at the bottom needs to be selected.
1. Make sure the PC and room audio are up.
2. Select the up arrow next to the microphone icon in the bottom left of the Zoom window and select "test computer audio" to run through the speaker options

Instructor Computer
Make sure you're signing in with your A number and password.

Use the DVD drive sitting on top of the instructor PC. If you're in HH, the DVD drive is in the equipment closet in the back of the room.
There should be a USB hub on top of the instructor desk. If it isn't working, try plugging your USB into the other slots, or restart the hub by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Monitors/Displays
If it's showing the wrong content, use the touch panel to present the right source.
If the projector is showing a grey, black, or blue screen, find the small projector remote (probably in a drawer under the instructor desk) and make sure the projector is on (the projector should have a green light on the front of it).
If the projector is on but still not working, use the remote to cycle through the different inputs.
